Nothing on this website is a binding offer. A booking or piece of work is only confirmed once we have agreed it with you directly.
Prices on this site are starting points and may be adjusted. The specific terms of any lessons or concierge help, including what is included, timing, and payment, are agreed with you directly before the work begins. Any official or third party fees, such as government charges, are separate and paid by you.
Maria is a language tutor and personal helper. She is not a lawyer, accountant, tax adviser, or official legal or fiscal representative, and the concierge service does not replace professional advice. Information on this site, and help given as part of the service, is practical and general, not legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. For matters that need a professional, please consult a qualified one. We will always tell you when something is better handled by a professional.
